March, 2008: Plans are in the works for a Winnipeg book launch (in a combined event including David’s wife — writing as Kate Brallier). More soon.
July 27, 2007: David appeared at Comic-Con in San Diego for panel discussion and signings. The convention was an astonishing thing, crowded beyond imagining and in a lovely setting by the harbor. The panel was She//He Who Understands History … Gets To Rewrite It and included debut fantasy writer David Anthony Durham as well as old hands like Bob Salvatore, Harry Turtledove, and Mel Odom.
July, 2007: David made delivery of the copyedited In a Time of Treason to Tor. The book is done.
March 6, 2007: The paperback edition of In the Eye of Heaven hits the shelves with a cover that, according to editor Patrick Nielsen Hayden “really pops!”
February 2007: Tor has a new website, including a page for In the Eye of Heaven.
August 24-27, 2006: David attended the World Science Fiction Convention in Los Angeles August 24 - 27, where he will participate on panel discussions and meet readers.
July 27, 2006: David launches a web journal.
July 22, 2006: David appeared at the San Diego Comicon panel, “Bearing the Torch — and the Sword, and Shield, and Dragon” with Peter Beagle, Todd McCaffrey, Naomi Novik, Rebecca Moesta, Eldon Thompson, and George R.R. Martin.
July 16, 2006: Images available from David’s April reading at McNally Robinson.
May 15, 2006: A lovely review appeared in the Washington Times. (An exerpt of which now appears on the reviews page).

April 24, 2006: A thoughtful little review appeared in the award-winning web magazine, Emerald City.
April 23, 2006: A review of David’s novel appears in Entertainment Weekly (of all places).
April 22, 2006: David is back from his Winnipeg blitz. He is grateful to friends, fans, and family who filled the Grant Park McNally Robinson to the rafters for the Wednesday reading (and sold out the city, by all reports).
He arrived to word that his book was the #10 hardcover in the city. And he left to news it was #1 in the upcoming list.

April 21, 2006: David’s first television interview appeared on Shaw TV (just before he caught the plane back to NYC).
April 19, 2006: David appeared at the Grant Park location of McNally Robinson in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada for a reading and signing. Radio, print, and television interviews are scheduled to coincide with his appearance.
April 12, 2006: David was featured in the Winnipeg Free Press today (complete with a big grinning picture that he hopes will not frighten anyone away).

April 4, 2006: David’s debut novel, In the Eye of Heaven, is due to hit shelves in the United States and Canada.
April 2, 2006: A print interview with David is up on Pat’s Fantasy Hotlist (the blog of a big genre advocate out of Montreal).
